London Lunch 2006
The London Luncheon of the Old Brutonian Association took place on 1st December 2006 in the Ironmongers' Hall: a spectacular setting for a very special occasion. 170 Old Brutonians gathered, this being a record number and the largest gathering of any similar organisation in London this year. The King's String Ensemble played from the gallery, with a repertoire of Baroque and Classical music, including Mozart's famous Eine kleine Nachtmusik. After the meal, Hazlegrove Chamber Choir sang, fresh from their recent appearence in the final of the BBC Choir of the Year Competition in Cardiff.
